British Transport Police: National Rail ANPR Project
Our Client
Select Security won a National Rail ANPR Project, which consisted of installing high tech ANPR systems in 12 train stations across the country. The 12 sites distanced from Edinburgh to London, covering the most prestigious and busiest stations in the UK.
Notes & Feedback
The main issue Select faced when completing the project was operating safely around members of the public; a number of train stations such as Charing Cross and Piccadilly were very busy even at midnight.
Select was very proud to be chosen to carry out such an important project, the project ran smoothly and now provides clear number plate images for the Transport Police to use in their fight against crime and terrorism.
